Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent desired; 3 to 5 years of experience required; prior management experience in Meat operations or related field desired; customer service experience required; knowledge of Market District meat operational procedures desired; ability to read and interpret Profit and Loss statement desired; meat cutting certification required; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; at least 18 years of age required
