Position: Busser / Service Assistant
About: P.F. Chang’s, a renowned restaurant chain known for its Asian-inspired cuisine, is seeking full-time and part-time hourly Bussers, Runners, or Service Assistants to join their team. The Busser, Runner, or Service Assistant will be responsible for restaurant dine-in and takeout operations, including cleaning, running food, bussing tables, and assisting with catering orders.
Requirements: Previous experience is not required – we will train you; Excellent customer service skills and etiquette; Must be able to operate kitchen equipment, including coffee machines, iced tea machines, and POS systems; Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures; Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable; Must be able to communicate effectively; Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-work environment
