Position: BUSSER/SERVER ASSISTANT
About: As a server assistant, you are responsible for assisting the servers in nearly all of their functions and duties. Your primary role will be the clearing, cleaning, and resetting of tables, but you will also be responsible for assisting the servers in tasks such as running food. You will also be expected to assist with general restaurant duties including restroom checks, floor cleanliness, and garbage runs. Just like a server, we depend on you to provide fun, energetic, and personalized service to our guests. In order to be a successful server assistant, you must be able to work quickly and efficiently while genuinely caring for your guests and their needs. You must be knowledgeable of our food and beverages, and you must consistently work to develop and increase this knowledge.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience; ability to read, write, and understand written and spoken English language; ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure; ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions; ability to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, and taste or smell; ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds regularly, up to 25 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
