Position: Busser – Rhythm on Monroe
About: Spur is looking for upscale, dependable, hard-working, high-energy, and guest-oriented Bussers for the sophisticated Rhythm on Monroe restaurant in downtown Huntsville, connected to the Von Braun Center. Rhythm on Monroe is a sophisticated restaurant offering patrons not only amazing food but a fun and hype experience. The ideal candidate will prioritize the patron experience and thrive in a high-stress, fast-paced environment, with upscale service experience.
Requirements: Providing excellent customer service; Assist in cleaning off the tables and bar top once the guests have left the table; Adhere to all safety/sanitation requirements and maintain good personal hygiene; Assist servers and bartenders with resetting tables and bar tops; Engage with guests in a friendly manner; Must be able to be on your feet for long periods of time depending on your scheduled shift; Ensure that the bartenders are always stocked (clean glasses, garnishes, straws, etc.); Must have strong communication skills, a high attention to detail, electronic and computer proficiency; Ability to maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance; Must be willing to work in an inside/outside setting; Must be able to lift 30 lbs; Rhythm on Monroe expects employees to work their schedule as assigned weekly. Call-outs must be approved by the Manager on Duty before the scheduled shift and must be accompanied by a doctor’s excuse.
