Position: Busser – Oasis Grill
About: Centennial Plaza – Gulfport, a vibrant hotel and family entertainment center in the Gulf Coast area, is seeking a dedicated Busser to join their team. The ideal candidate will contribute to creating a lively and safe atmosphere while upholding high standards of service and cleanliness in accordance with company policies and standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED a plus; 1 to 2 years serving in a high-volume Food and Beverage environment; good reading, writing, mathematical, and communication skills a plus; ability to interact professionally with other departments and outside contacts; ability to complete a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision; good judgment and decision-making abilities; health permit/food safety and Alcohol Awareness certification; cash handling skills may be required; must represent the Hotel and Family Entertainment Center positively in all public interactions.
