Position: BUSSER – MIJO MODERN MEXICAN
About: A high-volume restaurant is seeking a detail-oriented Busser to join their team, responsible for setting and resetting tables, delivering food to guests, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the management, culinary staff, and fellow employees to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
Requirements: 2 years of experience as a busser in a high-volume restaurant environment; good communication skills, multilingualism is a plus; proficiency in English speaking and reading; professional grooming standards adherence; positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn; attention to detail and ability to work under pressure; excellent customer service skills; ability to follow directions, make quick decisions, and stay organized in high-pressure situations; knowledge of standard kitchen equipment and health/safety regulations; physically capable of lifting and carrying at least 50lbs and walking on various surfaces for extended periods.
