Position: Busser, Kassi Beach House
About: The Busser plays an important role for ensuring tables are cleared from the hotel rooms and hallways, cleaned, and reset quickly so they are available for prompt use. The Busser will be responsible for clean and reset tables in accordance with established procedures and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements: Strong communication skills, inclusive of spelling and grammar in English; Ability to move quickly and efficiently through the Kitchen; Will work in hot and cold, confined, or cramped spaces; Work environment is noisy, must constantly receive and communicate information; Ability to bend, stoop, balance, and reach-in is necessary; Job requires lifting/carrying max weight of 50lbs during 8-hour shift; Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen; Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils; A team player with good communication skills; Patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure
