Position: Busser job
About: The restaurant is seeking a Busser to contribute to a positive dining experience by assisting team members in maintaining and resetting tables efficiently. Responsibilities include providing excellent guest service, pre-bussing tables, stocking side stations, responding to guest requests, and assisting team members as needed. The Busser is also accountable for addressing guests according to company standards, prioritizing guest satisfaction, and adhering to all Busser expectations outlined in the training manual.
Requirements: Read, understand, and speak English clearly; able to stand for an eight-hour shift; able to lift up to 50 lbs; capable of reaching above head and bending to place items on low shelves; able to climb stairs and ladders; proficient in repetitively lifting glass racks and other items; work effectively in a team-oriented environment; perform tasks at a consistent fast pace in a noisy setting.
