Requirements: Complete scheduling flexibility, including holidays and weekends, based on the needs of the property; Prior high volume restaurant experience; Prior hotel/casino experience preferred; Able to lift heavy trays and move tables and chairs as needed; Able to stand for prolonged periods of time; Exhibits a professional demeanor and appearance at all times; Ability to work under time pressure with a positive attitude; Must be a team player.
