Position: BUSSER job
About: The restaurant is seeking a Busser to provide support to the service staff by cleaning and clearing tables, resetting, and re-plating under the direction of the server. The role requires being present on the dining floor during lunch and at the polishing station during dinner service.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age; minimum of 6 months of customer service, retail sales, or food service experience preferred; demonstrated ability to interact in a friendly and outgoing manner with the public and coworkers; ability to lift plates up to 20 lbs. from table waist level, approximately 20 feet, sometimes involving stairs
