Position: Busser job
About: TGI Fridays is seeking a Busser to ensure guests are seated at clean and properly set tables within the shortest amount of time possible, maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, and support the service team in providing excellent service. The role involves resetting tables, assisting guests, preparing beverages, and maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the shift. The Busser plays a key role in influencing the guest experience and ensuring high levels of cleanliness and sanitation.
Requirements: Must be able to read menu items; Must be able to clearly communicate guest needs to other team members (waitstaff, bartender, or manager); Must be able to lift and carry items up to 70 lbs, reach, bend, stoop, and stand for the entire shift; Passion for the guest experience, effective communication skills, reliability, flexibility, and teamwork are essential competencies for this role.
