Requirements: High school diploma; previous experience as a busser preferred; successful completion of restaurant training course; hospitality certification is a plus. Strong customer service skills; excellent communication and teamwork abilities; knowledge of food production and service; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; physical strength and stamina for lifting and standing; dexterity for careful handling; critical thinking and problem-solving skills; organizational skills and attention to detail.
