Position: Busser job
About: We are looking for a candidate responsible for running food and bussing tables in the a la carte dining room, catering to all members and guests needs according to established rules and etiquette. Busser/Runners work closely with servers, bartenders, and the culinary team to provide members and guests with an enjoyable dining experience.
Requirements: Able to work flexible hours (nights, weekends and holidays); Responsible, dependable, organized and punctual; Strong communication skills; Able to carry full-service tray steadily and comfortably; Able to stand and walk for long periods of time; ServSafe Food Handlers Certificate; Positive attitude; Knowledge of service etiquette and protocol; Working knowledge of culinary, fine spirit, wine, and beer terminology; Ability to climb stairs and lift up to 35 lbs. daily is required; Working split shifts and shifts that may exceed 12 hours in duration; Must be able to work weekends and holidays
