About: The Busser maintains the cleanliness of the dining room ensuring a neat and sanitary place for guests to dine in. Each Busser is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the Gibsons Restaurant Group’s philosophy, which is based upon four distinct core beliefs: Hospitality, Quality, Family, and Value.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; No experience required; Ability to communicate verbally with other dining room staff in fast-paced environment; Ability to frequently use hands and fingers to feel, pull, push, and lift; Ability to stand for long periods of time and frequently lift up to 50 lbs; Ability to follow instructions and procedures; Work outdoors in changing temperatures; Work on a floating dock that could move
