About: Il Cervo is a high-end Italian restaurant located next to the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee on the 9th floor of The Trade, a premier luxury hotel. It is part of the Food Fight Restaurant Group’s portfolio of nearly 20 restaurants in Wisconsin, known for hand-rolled pasta, homemade cheeses, dry-aged steaks, and an Italian-focused wine list with over 300 labels.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a hospitality role preferred; friendly demeanor; ability to stand for extended periods and work quickly; dedication to teamwork; strong customer service skills
