About: Tre Dita is a collaboration between award-winning Chef Evan Funke and Lettuce Entertain You. Located on the second floor of The St. Regis Chicago, Tre Dita offers sweeping views of Lake Michigan and the Chicago River in Chicago’s Lakeshore East. It serves Italian cuisine focusing on handmade pastas and precise cuts of meat from an open-hearth, wood-fired grill. The establishment is renowned for its dinner service seven nights a week.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a restaurant setting preferred; ability to work varying hours, including weekends; excellent teamwork, organizational skills, and awareness; ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally; capacity to multitask calmly in a busy environment; physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds; stand and walk for an entire shift; navigate different areas of the restaurant safely
