About: Mimi’s Café, a bustling restaurant known for its fast-paced environment and dedication to cleanliness, is seeking a Busser/Dishwasher to join their team. The ideal candidate should be able to efficiently clear tables, wash dishes promptly after guests leave, and maintain the cleanliness of dining rooms, restrooms, parking lot, and floors. A fast pace of work is essential to ensure clean plates and flatware for each table. Previous restaurant experience and a strong work ethic are highly valued for this role. Additionally, Mimi’s Café is also in search of a professional Line Cook to meticulously prepare food as per chef’s specifications and assist in setting up stations for the menu. The Line Cook will work closely with the executive and sous chefs to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to overall goals.
