About: Another Broken Egg Cafe, a vibrant and bustling restaurant, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Busser/Server Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring guests receive exceptional service through maintaining clean and properly set tables as well as assisting with various tasks to uphold the restaurant’s high standards of hygiene and organization.
Requirements: Able to lift and carry cases and bus tubs of up to 70 lbs up to 20 times per shift; Work indoors 98%, outdoors 2%; Walk or stand for the majority of a 6-8 hour shift; Ability to read menu items and communicate effectively in English; Capable of reaching, bending, stooping, and performing various cleaning duties; Strong communication skills to convey guest needs to team members; Proficient in carrying trays and supplies, assisting in restocking, and performing detailed cleaning tasks throughout the restaurant
