About: The Busser position involves ensuring tables are clean and properly set within a short time frame, providing prompt service to guests, and maintaining overall cleanliness. Collaboration with servers and Host/Hostess is essential for seamless guest experiences, including participation in private dining events as required by Management.
Requirements: Must be able to regularly lift up to 20lbs and occasionally 50lbs, with frequent bending and stooping; Walks or stands most of 6–8-hour shift; Must be able to read menu items; Must be able to clearly communicate guest needs to other employees (servers, door person, bartender or manager, etc.); Must be able to hear well amongst loud background noise; Required to carry trays and supplies; Must possess a pleasant personality and maintain a neat clean appearance; Must be able to communicate effectively; Must have mental and physical stamina to work quickly for long hours
