About: P.F. Chang’s, a renowned restaurant chain known for serving Asian-inspired cuisine, is hiring full-time and part-time hourly dine-in or takeout Bussers, Runners, or Service Assistants. The position involves restaurant operations, cleaning, running food, bussing tables, assisting with catering orders, and ensuring exceptional customer service to guests.
Requirements: Previous experience is not required – we will train you; Excellent customer service skills and etiquette; Must be able to operate kitchen equipment, including the coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, point of sale (POS) system and any other applicable systems; Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures; Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or assistance will be provided; Must be able to communicate effectively; Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment
