About: P.F. Chang’s China Bistro is currently hiring full-time and part-time hourly dine-in or takeout Bussers, Runners, or Service Assistants. The Busser, Runner, or Service Assistant position involves restaurant dine-in and takeout operations, cleaning, running food, bussing tables, and assisting with catering orders. Team Members are expected to provide exceptional customer service for a personalized guest experience.
Requirements: Previous experience is not required – we will provide training; Excellent customer service skills and etiquette; Ability to operate kitchen equipment, including POS systems; Proper sanitation and safety procedures execution; Effective communication skills; Multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
