Position: Busser I
About: Under direct supervision of Food & Beverage Supervisor, the Busser I at Desert Diamond Casinos and Entertainment is responsible for setting tables, removing soiled dishes, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting in other duties as assigned. The role requires adherence to liquor laws and company alcohol training, working efficiently in a team-based environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; some experience in the restaurant, kitchen, or dining area field required; must be 18 years of age or older; no felony, theft, or stealing convictions; ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background checks, maintain a gaming license; knowledge of dining and food maintenance operations; strong communication skills in basic English; ability to provide outstanding guest service and maintain a professional appearance; familiarity with internal controls and commitment to consistency; ability to obtain Food Handlers card and TIPS certification; capacity to work under stress in a busy environment; physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in various environments including kitchen areas with exposure to heat, cold, fumes, and a high noise level
