Requirements: Meet state age requirement for the position; High school diploma or GED preferred; Must be able to read and communicate in English clearly and effectively; Prefer prior restaurant, fine dining, or customer service experience; Professional attire and appearance in keeping with restaurant standards; Understanding of dining room service procedures, safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures preferred; Must have professional communication and social skills appropriate for guests; Must be self-motivated and able to work calmly and effectively under pressure; Strong teamwork orientation, well-organized, able to take direction from others; Able to work a flexible, part-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Lunchtime serving hours may be required for certain seasons, holidays, or special events. Workdays and hours vary in accordance with business need.
