About: Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana is looking for a dedicated individual to join their team as a Food and Beverage Attendant. The incumbent in this position will be responsible for all activities related to cleaning and maintenance of food and beverage wares, kitchens, and service areas, ensuring the highest standards of organization, sanitation, and operational efficiency to align with the overall Food & Beverage goals and objectives of the establishment.
Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalency preferred; ability to read and write English required; one-year guest service experience in a family or formal dining environment preferred; valid Food Handlers Card, Liquor License, and IGC Badge required; ability to obtain and maintain all licenses and certifications per Federal, State, and Indiana Gaming Commission regulations; must successfully pass background check and drug screening; must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age; must be able to work holidays, weekends, and flexible shifts
