Requirements: High School diploma; Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent; High volume kitchen operations; Food Service experience in a high volume environment; Exceptional communication skills; Sense of Urgency; Time Management; Kitchen sanitation standards; Critical thinking and decision making; Tolerance of all cultures, music, and art forms
