Requirements: Expert knowledge in menu items including special offers; assisting servers in pre-bussing tables; clearing and cleaning tables efficiently; setting up and breaking down large parties; responding quickly to spills; assisting in seating and tracking table statuses; performing assigned side work; ensuring prompt delivery of food to tables; closely monitoring plate appearance; following serving procedures; maintaining table cleanliness; monitoring table timing; assisting the expediter; effective communication with managers and expediters; flexibility to accommodate guest needs and job duties.
