Position: Busser/Diswasher
About: Mercurys is seeking a Busser to join their team. Responsibilities include bussing tables, maintaining a clean lobby and dine-in space, running food and drink orders, following sanitary and safety guidelines, restocking inventory, and being knowledgeable about Mercurys’ cafe menu.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-moving environment; strong attention to detail; willingness to perform assigned tasks; dedicated team player with the ability to work independently
