Position: Busser, Bistecca Italian Steakhouse
About: Bistecca Italian Steakhouse is looking for a PT Busser to assist servers in providing quality food and beverage service to guests. The role involves stocking service stations, setting up and clearing tables, ensuring total guest satisfaction, and maintaining a professional demeanor throughout the shift.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; previous experience in a fine dining environment is preferred; basic knowledge of food and beverage; friendly and outgoing with strong work ethics; ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and guests; able to stand for hours, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and work as a team player; must have valid Nevada Health and TAM Cards
