Position: Busser / Barback
About: Duffy’s Sports Grill is currently seeking a Busser/Barback to assist servers or bartenders in delivering exceptional service to guests while upholding cleanliness in the dining area. Responsibilities include scraping dishes, setting tables, maintaining supplies, and ensuring a clean environment. The role reports to the General Manager and requires attention to detail and a positive attitude towards coworkers and customers.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; dependability, initiative, adaptability/flexibility, stress tolerance, attention to detail, self-control, integrity, cooperation, concern for others, social orientation; ability to stand for long periods, handle objects with hands and fingers, perform repeated movements, walk or stand for extended periods, differentiate colors, understand spoken communication, lift heavy objects, and multitask effectively.
