Position: Busser/Barback
About: Yard House is seeking Busser/Barbacks to play a vital role in supporting Servers and Bartenders by maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas. They assist in bar setup and maintenance, including restocking glassware, clearing the bar top, and changing kegs to ensure the freshness of the beers on tap. Adhering to the house rules of bringing vibrant energy, being fully committed, fostering a sense of unity and kindness, and embracing diversity, Yard House cultivates a lively and inclusive work environment for its employees.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred; strong attention to detail and cleanliness; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
