Position: Busser/Barback
About: YARD HOUSE, a vibrant beer-focused restaurant with a lively atmosphere and a wide selection of beers on tap, is seeking experienced Busser/Barbacks to join our team. Our Busser/Barbacks play a crucial role in supporting our Servers and Bartenders, ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our dining room, bar, and service areas to provide an exceptional guest experience. Additionally, they assist in bar setup and maintenance, including restocking glassware and plateware, and changing kegs to maintain the freshness of our beers.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a restaurant or bar setting preferred; ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment; willingness to work collaboratively with team members; strong work ethic and attention to detail
