About: Our establishment, Yard House, is looking to hire Busser/Barbacks who play a crucial role in supporting our servers and bartenders. They maintain cleanliness and organization in our dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Additionally, they assist with tasks like clearing the bar top, sanitizing barware, restocking glassware, and changing kegs to keep our beers fresh on tap. Adhering to our House Rules is essential for fostering a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere at Yard House.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a similar role preferred; strong work ethic and attention to detail; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; teamwork and communication skills
