Position: Busser/Barback
About: Yard House is looking for reliable and dedicated Busser/Barbacks to join their dynamic team. As the right hands to Servers and Bartenders, candidates will ensure that the dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean, sanitized, stocked, and visually appealing. They will assist Bartenders in maintaining the bar top, cleaning/sanitizing barware, restocking glassware and plateware, and changing kegs to keep beers on tap fresh. Yard House values bringing the vibe, being all in, having heart, celebrating variety, and creating an inclusive and extraordinary experience for guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a restaurant setting preferred; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow house rules; strong attention to detail and cleanliness; teamwork and communication skills
