Position: Busser/Barback
About: Yard House is currently seeking Busser/Barbacks to join their team. Busser/Barbacks play a crucial role in supporting Servers and Bartenders by ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in dining areas, the bar, lobby, and service sections. They collaborate with Bartenders in maintaining the bar area, including clearing and sanitizing barware, restocking glassware and plateware, and changing kegs to ensure the freshness of on-tap beers. Yard House values a vibrant atmosphere and a commitment to teamwork and community among its staff.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting preferred; ability to maintain cleanliness and organization; willingness to work collaboratively with team members; strong work ethic and attention to detail
