Position: Busser/Barback
About: Yard House is seeking Busser/Barbacks to join their team. Busser/Barbacks play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas. They support Bartenders by ensuring barware is clean, the bar top is clear, and glassware and plateware are stocked. Additionally, they assist in keg changes to maintain the freshness of beers on tap. Yard House values a vibrant atmosphere and team spirit with their House Rules encouraging energy, dedication, kindness, and diversity.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a restaurant or bar setting preferred; attention to detail and cleanliness; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; teamwork and communication skills
