About: Busser/Barbacks at Yard House are essential team members who work closely with Servers and Bartenders to maintain cleanliness and organization in all service areas, ensuring a seamless dining experience. They provide support in clearing and sanitizing barware, restocking glassware and plateware, and changing kegs to maintain beer freshness. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting preferred; ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment; strong work ethic and team player mentality
