Position: Busser/Barback
About: Our establishment, Yard House, is currently seeking Busser/Barbacks to join our team. Our Busser/Barbacks play a crucial role in supporting our Servers and Bartenders by maintaining cleanliness and organization in our dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas. They assist in ensuring the bar top is clear, the barware is clean and sanitized, and glassware and plateware are adequately stocked. Additionally, they are responsible for keg replacements to maintain the freshness of our on-tap beers. At Yard House, we uphold specific house rules that emphasize creating a vibrant atmosphere, being fully engaged in our offerings, prioritizing kindness and teamwork, and celebrating diversity and variety.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a similar role preferred; ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment; willingness to assist Bartenders with various tasks; strong attention to detail
