Position: Busser/Barback
About: Our Busser/Barbacks are the right hands to our Servers and Bartenders, ensuring that our dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean, sanitized, and visually appealing. They assist Bartenders in maintaining cleanliness, restocking, and changing kegs to keep the beers fresh. Our House Rules emphasize bringing the vibe, being all in, having heart, and celebrating variety at YARD HOUSE.
Requirements: Pay variable by location plus tips; high school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a similar role preferred; ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment; strong teamwork and communication skills
