Position: Busser/Barback
About: Yard House, located at 700 Baybrook Mall, is seeking a dedicated Server Assistant/Beverage Server to join their team. As a Busser/Barback at Yard House, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations by ensuring cleanliness, stocking, and visual appeal of the dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas. Responsibilities include assisting Bartenders, clearing the bar top, cleaning barware, restocking glassware and plateware, and changing kegs to maintain the freshness of beers on tap.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience as a Busser, Barback, or in a similar role preferred; ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment; strong communication and teamwork skills
