Position: Busser/Barback
About: Our company, Yard House, is seeking Busser/Barbacks to support our Servers and Bartenders in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas. As a Busser/Barback, you will play a key role in ensuring a visually appealing environment, assisting with bar operations, and changing kegs to keep our beers fresh and flowing. Adhering to our House Rules is essential in creating a vibrant and engaging atmosphere for our guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a similar role preferred; strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; willingness to follow company guidelines and uphold service standards
