Position: Busser/Barback
About: This position offers a variable pay by location plus tips. The Busser/Barbacks play a crucial role in supporting Servers and Bartenders by maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and stock levels in the dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas. They assist Bartenders with bar top clearing, barware cleaning/sanitizing, glassware and plateware restocking, and keg changes to ensure fresh beers on tap. The establishment fosters a lively atmosphere with a wide selection of over 100 beers on tap, focusing on providing exceptional food and drink experiences while valuing teamwork and diversity within the YARD HOUSE family.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a restaurant or bar setting preferred; exceptional cleanliness and organizational skills; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; strong communication and teamwork abilities
