Requirements: High school diploma required; ability to work long hours and flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays; some experience in the food and beverage industry preferred; excellent knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette; ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude; ability to transport up to 50lbs on a continuous basis; knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware
