About: The Busperson role at MGM Resorts International involves setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables to ensure smooth service. The company seeks individuals who can create unique and unforgettable experiences for guests.
Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older; Must currently hold or be able to obtain both a Food Handler’s card and Alcohol Awareness card; Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays; 1+ years’ experience in a high-volume fine dining environment as a Food Runner or Server; Demonstrates strong proficiency and passion for customer service; Enjoys problem-solving and is adept at handling challenging guest scenarios with professionalism and tact in a fast-paced hospitality environment
