Carbone Restaurant, within the MGM Resorts family, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Bus Person to join its Food & Beverage team. The primary responsibility of the Bus Person is to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least one year of experience as a Bus Person or Food Runner in a fine dining, high-volume establishment; strong attention to detail and proactive approach to cleanliness and organization; excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members; ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
