Position: Business Negotiations Consultant III

Requirements: 8+ years of experience in most of the following: capital markets, CMBS, CLO, corporate trust, contracts, or business development. Must have extensive experience with CMBS and/or CLO Trustee, Securities Administration, agency and related services with a detailed understanding of structured finance and related contracts, complex problem analysis and resolution skills. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail and accuracy skills, excellent communication skills, organizational and prioritizing skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment, interact effectively in a team setting, demonstrate flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability.
