Position: Business Development Manager Major Account Sales

About: The Business Development Manager, Major Accounts position focuses on growing Major Account sales at NAPA. This role involves strategic initiatives, program adoption, sales promotions, and program training for Major Account segments.

Requirements: 3-5 years of previous selling and account management experience; solid record of success in developing and maintaining business relationships; valid driver’s license; ability to travel within assigned territory; sales acumen; effective communication and customer focus; resilience and adaptability; results orientation and financial acumen; product knowledge; technology proficiency; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred; leadership skills
