Position: Business Development Manager Filter & Heavy Duty
About: Genuine Parts Company, a leading provider in the Fleet & Heavy-Duty industry, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and strategic initiatives for Fleet/Government and Heavy-Duty accounts. The role involves promoting NAPA products and programs, conducting sales presentations, and fostering relationships with commercial fleets and government entities.
Requirements: 3-5 years of previous selling and account management experience; solid record of success in new business development and client retention; valid driver’s license; ability to travel within assigned territory; strong sales acumen, communication skills, resilience, and results orientation; deep product knowledge and technology proficiency; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred; leadership skills with a focus on customer success and team development
