Position: Business Development Manager Autocare & Major Accounts
About: Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Business Development Manager for Major Accounts and Auto Care. This role focuses on growing sales within the Major Account and Auto Care segments, executing strategic initiatives, program adoption, and providing training and support. The Business Development Manager will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and Auto Care HQ team to drive program adoption and ensure customer satisfaction in the assigned territory.
Requirements: 3-5 years of previous selling and account management experience; valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory; proficiency in standard corporate productivity tools (Qlik, PowerBi, MS Office, CRM applications); strong sales acumen, communication, resilience, results orientation, product knowledge, and technology proficiency.
