About: Our client in the commercial building services industry in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Business Development Manager for their team. This position reports to the Owner and involves generating leads, engaging with potential clients, building relationships, and pursuing business opportunities in the B2B commercial building services sector.
Requirements: B2B business development experience required; commercial building/facility services experience required; proven ability to generate new business opportunities through networking and relationship building; valid driver’s license and clean driving record required; willingness to travel locally and be in the field 3-4 days/week required.
