Position: Building Services Manager
About: The City of Little Rock is seeking a Building Maintenance Manager to oversee building maintenance operations for the Building Services Division within the Department of Public Works, focusing on the remodeling, repair, new construction, and maintenance of City-owned buildings.
Requirements: Completion of (2) years of college coursework in the Building Trades or a related area; four (4) years of experience in the supervision of building construction, remodeling, and repair work; two (2) years of supervisory experience; possession of a valid Arkansas Class D (Non-Commercial Vehicle) Driver’s License before employment and throughout employment in this position
